What time does the ceremony start and what time should I arrive?
The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM ET, please arrive 15-minutes early.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?
If you will not be going back to your hotel or rental please visit the Things To Do page for recommendations during the 2-hour gap.
What time does the reception start?
The reception will begin at 6:00 PM with cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres followed by dinner and dancing.
What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
Uber/Lyft are easily accessible in downtown Charleston. Details regarding transportation on the wedding day will be added here and on the travel page soon.
Is there parking available?
Guests attending the ceremony may park in the parking lot directly adjacent to the cathedral.
Paid parking is available at the Historic Rice Mill.
What is the dress code?
The attire for the reception is black-tie optional. Guests are encouraged to wear attire that fits a black tie dress code, but it is optional. For men, an example is a dark suit with a shirt and tie (if they don’t wish to wear a tuxedo). For women an example is either floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, or dressy separates.
Can I bring a plus-one?
A seat will be reserved for you and the guest named on your invitation.
Are children welcome?
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding. We can provide a list of recommended babysitters if you will be traveling with children.
